We are spiritual beings having a human experience. My blog is a station for a movement of the spiritually empowered. I enjoy writing about spiritual matters and also scientific discoveries relating to spirituality. I also enjoy giving practical guidance on using the information that I teach. I am humorous, thought provoking, sometimes irreverent but at all times I recognize I am perfectly human which means I am imperfect and allowed to learn from my mistakes. Life is about experiencing through joy and wonderment. Not avoiding pain and fear as so much religious doctrine and dogma dictate. Being spiritual is something we are everyday. I define spirituality as recognizing our connection to source and honoring that connection through the joy of being spirit in flesh. As a soul we incarnated to experience what it is like in flesh.
